Skate-O-Roma

Yet another adventure that Mr. Will planned for the neighborhood. You have to love a man that is willing to put on thrift store skate and attempt to create a skate day for kids. Will told the kids in the morning that when he got home from work that they were all having a "Skate-O-Roma". They waited all day. They practiced for hours, getting ready for this event. When Mr. Will got home (after working all day) he went right to is other job, the kids. He put on his skates and went straight to setting up an obsticle course for them.
William has a unique gift with all the kids in our space. They wait for him to get home. On his days off, he spends time with the children. He watches movies, play video games, takes them mountain biking, but mostly he cares for them. This is not is some sick Michael Jackson way, but in a way that is more important then I think even he knows. The main thing that William does is SPEND TIME. He spends time with not just our kids, but all the kids that God has put in his life. Don't we all have a neighbor that we can invest in to? Try it, see what happens. Who know, they may be coming to your house asking "Can YOU come out and play?"
